About this deal

It covers the whole of Ant's expedition to Everest, his alpha male dominance games with his cameraman, trying to learn more about his new sherpa friends, hating the tourist circus of the hike to Everest and the show off attitudes of some of the climbers whose mouths were a lot stronger than their climbing skills. Registered address: Unit 31, Vulcan House Business Centre, Vulcan Road, Leicester, LE5 3EF, United kingdom. I like the way it mixes events from his life with lessons that these events taught him, and shows how the reader can use this to make changes to their own life.

Overall, there were too many contradictions from “you can do this if you put your mind to it” to “I’m better at everything than everyone so just fuck off out of my way and leave me be”.Not only does he mention the techniques but he also explains , breaks them down, makes them relatable to day to day life and shows how it's further changed his perspective. The goods do not need to be in their original packaging however in a sellable condition, and at your own cost and risk. And as a mother to be aware that I'm not constantly telling my son to be careful (that's easier than it sounds!

I really like this book for ant middletons ways of getting his own personal struggles over to the reader and to help or give advice to others. It is not one of those books full of typical inspirational speeches that dosent really give you proper advice on how to achieve what you set out to do in life. Ant explains the mindsets needed to succeed, to grow, thrive and how to use them to not only survive in the most dangerous physical challenge, but the his most dangerous and constant enemy, himself. Love him or hate him Ant Middleton has come up with a different way to look at combating fear and anxiety. And at the top of Everest, in desperate, life-threatening conditions, he was forced to face up to his greatest fear, of leaving his wife and children without a husband and father. At its best, this told a compelling account of Ant’s journey up Everest which was tense and at times emotional. Those who like self-help books can get something out of these books and for those just interested in Ant's own experiences, there is lots to enjoy in this book too.
