When it comes to applying products to my skin, especially my face I have to admit I can be a bit of a make-up snob. You all know by now that I love a bargain but when it comes to your face I just think you need to be careful about what you are actually applying to your skin as sometimes there can be a huge difference in quality between a high end make-up brand and a budget brand. But sometimes you discover wee budget gems that don’t cost you an arm and a leg and can really surprise you so as much as I can be a bit of a make-up snob I also love nothing more than finding affordable make-up that is also really good quality, especially when it comes to everyday products. I honestly don’t think that there is any cheaper product out there that works better than this. My number 1 budget product has always been Poundland’s liquid eyeliner but this is even cheaper than that- albeit by 1p but sure every penny counts! Makeup can be expensive, which is why I’m always looking for high quality cheaper alternatives that won’t break the bank. If you hadn’t noticed by now, I LOVE OLIVIA HALE!! It was hard to think of which beauty dupes to include in my top 5 as I could have mentioned others, but the eyebrow palette is something I use on a daily basis. I would say it is only second to foundation in terms of a product I don’t feel “dressed” without – gotta keep those brows on fleek after all. They also do nail polishes too in an array of colours, but the below two are my faves… my lovely are these?I love using translucent powder, I never usually splash out with a powder because I feel like they all kind of do the same job. I used the Olivia Hale powder under my eyes and all over my face to set my foundation and it worked a treat.
